Our Services

Every tool the law provides, in one place

Whether someone has taken your domain, your trademark, your photos, or your entire product line, we match the infringement to the fastest effective remedy — and see it through.

Domain Disputes & UDRP Complaints

Cybersquatters register domains containing your brand to divert customers, run scams, or hold the name for ransom. The Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) — and its country-code equivalents — lets trademark owners recover those domains without a lawsuit. It is our namesake specialty.

  • UDRP complaints before WIPO, the Forum, and other approved providers
  • Country-code proceedings (.vn, .uk, .eu, .cn and more) under local dispute policies
  • Anonymous acquisition and negotiated transfer when a filing isn't the best route
  • Defensive registration strategy to close gaps before squatters find them

Trademark Protection & Enforcement

Copycat brands trade on the reputation you paid to build. We enforce your marks against infringing names, logos, packaging, and advertising — online and off.

  • Cease-and-desist letters with documented evidence and clear demands
  • Social media and app store username / page takedowns
  • Ad-platform complaints against competitors bidding on or abusing your mark
  • Registration and portfolio strategy across your key markets

Image, Video & Content Takedowns

Stolen product photography, ripped videos, cloned websites, scraped catalogs — copied content confuses your customers and feeds scams. We remove it at the source and at every platform that hosts it.

  • DMCA takedown notices to hosts, registrars, CDNs, and search engines
  • Platform enforcement on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and marketplaces
  • Website-clone and phishing-site removal, including de-indexing from Google
  • Counter-notice response and escalation when infringers push back

Brand & Domain Monitoring

The cheapest infringement to fight is the one you catch on day one. Our monitoring service watches for abuse of your brand continuously and flags it to our legal team for action.

  • New domain registrations containing your brand or close misspellings
  • Marketplace listings, social accounts, and ads using your name or assets
  • Monthly reporting with recommended actions, prioritized by risk
  • Rapid-response takedowns included for detected infringements

Counterfeit & Marketplace Enforcement

Counterfeit listings undercut your pricing, damage your reviews, and put unsafe products in your customers' hands. We remove them systematically and build cases against repeat offenders.

  • Brand-registry enrollment and takedowns on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Shopee, Lazada
  • Test purchases and evidence preservation for legal escalation
  • Seller-network mapping to target the source, not just individual listings
  • Coordination with customs and platform investigation teams

IP Strategy & Litigation Support

Some disputes need more than a takedown. When enforcement escalates, we prepare the ground: airtight evidence, clear chronology, and coordination with litigation counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • IP portfolio audits — what you own, what's exposed, what to register next
  • Licensing and assignment agreement review
  • Evidence packages prepared to litigation standard
  • Referral to and coordination with trial counsel where court action is required
Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a UDRP case take?

A typical UDRP proceeding takes around two to three months from filing to decision. Many matters resolve faster — infringers often transfer the domain or take content down once they receive a properly documented demand from counsel.

Do I need a registered trademark to file a UDRP complaint?

A registered trademark is the strongest foundation, but unregistered (common-law) rights can qualify if you can show your name has acquired distinctiveness. During your free case review we'll assess exactly what rights you can assert — and if registration is the missing piece, we'll help you fix that first.

The infringer is in another country. Can you still help?

Yes. Most of the tools we use — UDRP, DMCA, platform and marketplace complaints — work across borders because they target the registrar, host, or platform rather than the infringer directly. Where local action is needed, we coordinate with counsel in that jurisdiction.

How much does it cost?

Most of our services are offered at fixed fees agreed before we start — you'll know the full cost of a takedown campaign, UDRP filing, or monitoring plan up front. The initial case review is always free.

What should I prepare before contacting you?

Links or screenshots of the infringement, the date you first noticed it, and any proof of your ownership — trademark certificates, original files, publication dates. Don't worry if you're missing pieces; gathering evidence is part of what we do.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the problem and we'll map it to the right remedy. The case review is free and confidential.
